Two-channel video installation, ceramics, sand, paper print, mixed media

In a barren desert, a featureless creature discovers a pair of eyes buried in the sand. This moment initiates a metamorphosis: the creature, now able to see and aware both of itself and of being seen, begins to adorn itself with awkward, ornamental objects.

A delicate, absurd allegory on the fragile performance of identity when shaped by external eyes.
