Survey results from question: ‘draw your relationship with your Phone’
as McLuhan noted, all media are extensions of our faculties, be it psychic or physical. in our electronic age, we are constantly moving towards the technological extension of consciousness. the mobile Phone has become an extra organ, irreplaceable and vital to our daily routines;
lets pray for it
‘the internet both disintegrated and re- joined the structures of daily life.
the borders of the world gave in to shape- lessness.
the old world began to loosen its struc- ture and a new world covered it like a second skin.
a network, a set of nodes that are equal. a simple fact of life.
a new beginning.
a public space.
a secret pocket world.’
